Shortcut Distillation - Fenske Estimates Window

The Fenske Estimates WINDOW is accessible via the Fenske Estimates button on the Main WINDOW. It allows the user to provide initial estimates for the number of Fenske trays. If the user wants to actually specify the Fenske Estimates as a hard spec, it must be done in the Specifications WINDOW.
